Our Client, a household name in the frozen food sector, is seeking two Permanent Maintenance Fitters to join their Altona facility.
The Roster: Quality Time Guaranteed
Day Shift: 7:00 am - 3:00 pm ($50-$55/hr)
Afternoon Shift: 3:00 pm - 11:00 pm (Base + 15% Shift Loading)
The Reality: Very little OT.
You do your 8 hours and you go home.
No dramas, just a solid day's work for great pay.
The Role: Mechanical Precision
The Gear: Get hands-on with industrial mixers, high-speed conveyors, and automated palletisers.
Maintenance Focus: Manage both preventative programs and rapid-response troubleshooting to minimize downtime.

What we need from you:
Trade Qualification: CTIII in Engineering (Mechanical Trade)
Industry Experience: Ideally, you have experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or a similar high-speed FMCG environment.
Diagnostic Skills: Ability to fault-find and troubleshoot automated machinery (conveyors, palletisers, etc.).
The Mindset: You are looking for a permanent role.
