This is a fulltime fixed term contract for 12 months, working from our Clayton South office and from home.Some of what you will be doing:As as Office Administrator, you will be responsible for listening to /evaluating customer interactions with call centre staff, documenting, and reporting on calls according to checklists for each process.
You may also;Keep accurate and up to date reportsVerify that sales staff record accurate information in the Kent Management SystemReview and process all appointment cancellationsHave a thorough command of all Kent Removals and Storage products and offerings, features and benefits as well as accurate costing and quotingAbout YouWhat we hope you have;Excellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to work independently in a rapid-paced environmentProficiency in MS Office Suite including excelWorks well in a small team supporting each persons workloadExperience in an administration role, monitoring call quality or dataExcellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and consistencyYou may not fit the requirements 100% but that's ok,
