We're seeking an exceptional Exercise Physiologist to join our dedicated team at Geelong Rehabilitation Centre.
This is a casual role with the opportunity to progress into a full time position, based in Belmont, Victoria—offering a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of our clients.What you'll be doingDeliver high-quality exercise rehabilitation programs tailored to individual patient needsAssess patients' physical, functional and exercise capacity, and develop personalised treatment plansMonitor and evaluate patient progress, modifying programs as requiredCollaborate with the multidisciplinary care team to ensure integrated, holistic patient careProvide education and guidance to patients and their families on exercise, lifestyle and self-management strategiesMaintain accurate and comprehensive patient records in line with professional and organisational standardsWhat we're looking forBachelor's degree in Exercise Physiology or equivalent, with full ESSA accreditationIdeally 1 + years' experience as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Preferably with high experience within a clinical rehabilitation settingExcellent assessment, clinical reasoning and problem-solving skillsStrong interpersonal and communication skills to build rapport with patientsAdaptable and patient-centred approach to deliver tailored,
