Lead Educator- Diploma in Early ChildhoodWe are seeking an experienced and passionate Lead Educator with a Diploma in Early Childhood to join our growing team at Kin Early Education- Healesville.
This full-time role will see you taking the lead in creating engaging learning experiences, while also mentoring and supporting our wider early years team.What you'll be doingPlan, implement and evaluate high-quality early learning programs that align with the National Quality StandardsProvide a nurturing, play-based environment that supports the physical, social, emotional and cognitive development of childrenObserve and document children's learning and development, using this to inform future programmingBuild strong relationships with families and collaborate with them to support each child's individual needsMentor and guide junior educators, modelling best practice in early childhood educationEnsure the centre's policies, procedures and compliance requirements are upheld at all timesWhat we're looking forA Diploma in Early Childhood Education and CareMinimum 3 years' experience as an early childhood educator, with demonstrated expertise in leading a teamStrong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality StandardsExceptional communication and interpersonal skills,
