Laurus Education is seeking a proactive and service-oriented Student Experience Officer to support the day-to-day operations of our campus environment and ensure a safe, welcoming and high-quality experience for students, staff and visitors in our Melbourne location.Reporting to the Student Experience Coordinator, this role provides frontline support to students while contributing to student engagement activities, events, communications and administrative processes that enhance the overall student experience.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and approachable professional who enjoys supporting students, building relationships and creating inclusive and connected learning environments.About the RoleThe Student Experience Officer is a key point of contact for students, providing timely support and guidance across online and on-campus environments.The role supports a broad range of student experience activities including enquiries, events, orientation, student engagement initiatives, complaints and appeals administration, alumni activities and service improvement initiatives.Working collaboratively with internal teams, the Student Experience Officer helps ensure students feel supported, connected and engaged throughout their learning journey.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide timely and professional support to student enquiries across multiple communication channelsAssist students with information, guidance and referrals to appropriate support services.Create a welcoming, inclusive and student-centred experience across online and on-campus environments.Support the coordination of student engagement activities, orientation programs, workshops and events.Contribute to initiatives that promote student connection, participation, wellbeing and belonging.Support activities that enhance the overall student journey and sense of community.Assist with event planning and administration including communications, registrations, scheduling,
