Site Manager - Commercial Fitout & Refurbishment

Deliver high-quality projects valued between $1M–$5M, working within an established, high‑performing team.

Key Responsibilities
Run day-to-day site operations & program delivery
Lead subcontractors and drive quality workmanship
Maintain WHS&E; + QA compliance and reporting
Coordinate services trades (electrical, mechanical, fire, etc.)
Build solid client & consultant relationships on site

About You
3+ years’ experience in Site Management for a commercial builder or F&R; builder
Solid leadership & communication on site
Trade background or Relevant Construction Degree
Procore / OneBreadcrumb / Hammertech or similar software experience
Experience on projects $1M+
