We’re seeking experienced Industrial Electricians for a full-time maintenance and shift coverage role across manufacturing facilities in Melbourne’s South-Eastern suburbs. This is a hands‑on role offering variety, autonomy, and robust long‑term stability within a supportive team environment.

About the Role
We are currently seeking well‑presented and motivated Industrial Electricians with experience in maintenance and shift coverage. This is a full‑time position working either day or afternoon shift within food manufacturing environments.
You will be responsible for providing electrical maintenance support, responding to breakdowns, and ensuring equipment reliability and safety across production facilities.
Key Responsibilities
Electrical maintenance and breakdown support in industrial environments
Shift coverage
Fault finding and troubleshooting electrical systems
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with OH&S; requirements
Working independently and as part of a team
Maintaining accurate work records and communication with site staff
Essential Requirements
A Grade Electrical Licence (Victoria)
Current Victorian Driver’s Licence
Strong computer literacy
Ability to work autonomously and within a team workplace
Excellent communication skills
Sound understanding of OH&S; regulations
Desirable Experience
Building and wiring control panels
PLC control systems and fault finding
Safety control systems
Industrial electrical installations (food and/or pharmaceutical manufacturing environments preferred)
Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) requirements
