splice and test fibre; work with high-density systems including MPO/MTP and patching environments.Testing and compliance:Use industry equipment such as Fluke, OTDR and EXFO testers; produce reports and work to applicable standards and client requirements.Data centre delivery:Work safely in clean, high-security and mission-critical environments where quality, documentation and attention to detail matter.Professional capability:Build communication, teamwork, planning and problem-solving skills while learning from experienced industry professionals.What your apprenticeship may involveInstalling containment, cable pathways, racks and structured cabling systems.Pulling, terminating, labelling and testing fibre and copper cabling.Working in data halls, communications rooms and enterprise network environments.Supporting testing, commissioning, quality checks and project handover.Completing workplace training, classroom learning and apprenticeship assessments.Following safety procedures, site rules, security requirements and Alliance SI standards.Who we're looking forYou do not need data centre experience.
