We are currently seeking experienced Gardeners / Grounds Maintenance / Horticulture Operators for upcoming opportunities across Melbourne's Northern and Western suburbs.This is a hands-on outdoor role working across parks, gardens, schools, recreational reserves, roadsides, and community spaces.
We are looking for reliable candidates with strong grounds maintenance experience who are comfortable operating equipment and working within a team environment.Key Responsibilities:Perform turf, garden, and general grounds maintenanceOperate zero turn ride-on mowers (52"-72"), wide area mowers, and other landscaping equipmentConduct brush cutting, hard edging, pruning, hedge trimming, and weed removalApply herbicides using knapsack sprayers where requiredCarry out pre-start checks on mowers, trailers, and equipmentLoad/unload and safely tow trailers carrying mowers and machineryUse tablets and apps to log jobs and complete digital reportingMaintain parks, recreational reserves, roadsides, and community areas to a high standardWork collaboratively within a team guided by a Team LeaderRequirements:Minimum 2 years' experience in grounds maintenance,
