The role is responsible for the procurement function of the Workshop, ensuring that we have the right products at the right prices.What you will be doingCreating rental contracts and organising basic hire requestsCreating quotes for customers, and following up as requiredOrdering parts,



products and materials for our workshop and project teamsLiaising with key suppliers to attain competitive pricing on all product purchasesCompleting appropriate paperwork and purchase orders as requiredReceipting and reconciling orders against invoices and following up any missing items or back ordersScheduling fleet and equipment maintenance as requested by the workshop teamMonitoring stock levels of frequently used parts, products and materials for the mechanical team and complete orders when requiredFollowing up requests from trade personsfor uncommon products by sourcing most suitable item at best available priceEnsuring all fleet and equipment services are scheduled in line with Ezyquip Hire's service procedures or manufacturer's guidelines, with parts readily availableAbout YouYou will be an enthusiastic and self-motivated procurement guru who possesses the following attributes:Previous parts administration exposure with an understanding of machinery and equipmentProficiency in Microsoft Office suiteThe ability to work autonomously, with minimal directionGood problem-solving ability with the ability to multitask in a busy environmentA sound level of verbal and written communication and interpersonal skillsEzyquip Hire offers a superior range of benefits and employee opportunities focused on supporting healthy, well-balanced people.
