As Store Manager, you will play a crucial role in creating an exceptional customer experience, managing team performance, and achieving sales and profitability targets.
Your leadership will be instrumental in establishing a positive store culture and ensuring operational excellence across all areas of the business.Key responsibilitiesLead, manage and develop a team of sales and customer service staff, providing coaching, training and performance feedbackOversee all daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, stock management and merchandise displayDrive sales performance and work towards achieving store targets and KPIsEnsure exceptional customer service standards are maintained at all times, creating a welcoming and skilled environmentManage inventory control, stocktaking and ordering processes to maintain optimal product availabilityMonitor store budgets, control costs and maximise profitabilityImplement visual merchandising and promotional strategies to enhance product presentation and drive customer engagementHandle customer enquiries and complaints professionally,
