With a strong focus on safety, efficiency, and innovation, we are looking for skilled Thermoforming operator to join our production team.Key ResponsibilitiesSet up, operate, thermoforming machinesAdjust machine settings to maintain product quality and production efficiencyPerform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipmentInspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standardsRecord production data and report any issues to supervisorsFollow all workplace health and safety proceduresWork collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targetsOperate forklifts safely for material handling and production supportRequirementsProven experience operating thermoforming machinery in a plastics environmentValid LF (Forklift) licence (essential)Solid mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skillsAbility to read and interpret technical specifications and production plansGood attention to detail and commitment to qualityWillingness to work night shift, if successful you will be trained for two weeks on day shift then move to night.11pm-7am roster, Sunday to Thursday.Mechanically minded and can use hand tools.Can change over moulds and make adjustments.Can fill out reports relating to quality control.Must be available for 5 days a week and be reliableShift InformationTraining will commence on day shift for two weeks, then shift to nightsWhat We OfferCompetitive hourly rate with shift-based pay ($45-$49/hr)Ongoing training and development opportunitiesSupportive team environmentOpportunity for overtime
