This role would suit someone detail-oriented, organised, and naturally great at problem solving.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide support across the Operations team to meet daily workflow demandsReceive and schedule bookings, services and repairsAssist with the coordination and scheduling of subcontractorsProcess orders, quotes and invoices accurately and in a timely mannerMonitor job progress and update job notes accordinglyLiaise professionally with builders and suppliersEnsure all customer interactions are professional,



clear and solution-focusedMaintain accurate data entry and troubleshoot issues as they ariseInterpret two-dimensional drawings as three-dimensional objects (training provided)Assist the procurement team with tasks as requiredAbout YouA team player who uses initiative to support othersStrong computer and mathematics skillsHigh attention to detailExcellent time management and organisation skillsWilling and able to learn internal systemsReliable, effective and efficient in your workSafety-focused and adheres to company policies and proceduresResidential construction experience (on-site or office) is desirable but not essentialCareers that grow with youAt Stoddart, you'll join a down-to-earth, supportive team where your work matters.
