About the RoleThe prime focus of this role is to ensure the delivery of day-to-day Administration Support for the Field service department and Operations.
This role reports directly to theNSWOperationsManagerof Mining Services at BTP.Key RequirementsMust hold a current Drivers Licence2-3 years' experience within Administration preferred.Ability to engage with customers and suppliersAccounts/ InvoicingData entry, archiving and scanning.Maintenance and accuracy of the capacity calendarBooking inductions/ assisting site accessAbility to problem solve, assist, guide and improve process.Communicates professionally and effectively to all stakeholders (internal and external).
Proactive, highly motivated with a collaborative team-orientated mindset.High proficiency in Microsoft Office 365; Intermediate - Advanced Word skills; as well as,



Intermediate - advanced Excel.Excellent verbal and written communication skills essential.Ability to prioritise with excellent time management skills.Why BTPWork with a great team!
