You will mentor staff, design wine pairings, and ensure guest experiences mirror our French hospitality.With a robust foundation in wine, including WSET Level 2 (preferred) and at least two years in a busy venue, you'll deliver memorable service, foster excellence, and help create the refined dining atmosphere our guests expect.
