About the roleRobinvale District Health Services' is seeking a passionate and experienced Health Promotion Officer to join our dynamic team in Robinvale, Victoria.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for planning, implementing and evaluating community-based health promotion initiatives to improve the overall health and wellbeing of the Robinvale community.What you'll be doingDevelop and deliver tailored health promotion programs that address the unique needs of the Robinvale communityCollaborate with key stakeholders, including local government, community groups and other health services, to identify and respond to community health prioritiesDesign and implement effective health education and awareness campaigns to promote healthy behaviours and lifestylesMonitor and evaluate the impact of health promotion activities, and use data to continuously improve program deliveryContribute to the development of organisational health promotion strategies and policiesProvide expert advice and support to the broader health service team on health promotion best practicesWhat we're looking forTertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as health promotion, public health or community developmentDemonstrated experience in designing,
