As a qualified teacher, you will deliver high-quality tutoring services tailored to individual student needs, helping them achieve their academic goals and build confidence in their learning.What you'll be doingDelivering personalised tutoring sessions to students across various year levels and subject areasAssessing individual student learning needs and developing tailored learning plansCreating engaging and interactive learning materials that support student progressMonitoring and tracking student progress, providing regular feedback to students and parentsAdapting teaching strategies to suit different learning styles and abilitiesMaintaining explicit communication with students, parents and the tutoring centre managementContributing to a supportive and inclusive learning environmentPreparing detailed session notes and progress reports as requiredWhat we're looking forValid teaching qualification or relevant tertiary education in education or a subject disciplineCurrent or recent experience in teaching or tutoring studentsStrong subject knowledge in one or more curriculum areasExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to explain complex concepts in clear, accessible waysPatience,
