About the RoleStep into a dynamic, people-focused role as our next Guest Experience Officer!
If you're a motivated sales professional who thrives on meaningful customer interaction, this is your chance to help shape the first impression of our Health & Fitness and Learn to Swim programs.You'll lead the acquisition of new memberships, drive enrolments, and meet pre-sales campaign targets and KPIs.
Your passion for customer service and proven ability to hit sales goals will ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional experience from first contact onwards.This is a role with plenty of variety - you'll engage with members and collaborate with our team.
Weekend availability (Saturday or Sunday) will be required, and while early starts are part of the roster, we're open to negotiating or exploring a rotating schedule to find the right balance.If you're energised by building relationships, achieving targets, and contributing to a positive and welcoming community space, we want to hear from you!
Key AccountabilitiesAchieve set sales targets on a daily basisProvide exceptional guest experience in person and over the phone to existing and prospective members and guestsProvide relevant and accurate information and an excellent experience to prospective members by handling enquiries in line with company processes and systemsConduct tours of the centre/facility with the outcome to turn a prospective member to an ongoing subscriptionProcess memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policyTo have a current and informed knowledge of all centre services and activitiesApply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systemsTo demonstrate behaviours that are consistent with the Belgravia Leisure C.L.E.A.R ValuesAbout YouYou have experience in working in a team to achieve collective and individual targets.
Possessing strong communication skills, you are able to build rapport and positive relationships with people.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years' experience in delivering strong customer experience and sales.
With a flair and ability to positively influence and negotiate win‐win outcomes, you lead by example.You are tech savvy and have strong sales knowledge and understanding of sales‐related performance KPIs.
You also have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of guests.
You possess values such as integrity, excellence, courage, openness,
respect leadership and accountability.About the QualificationsCurrent First Aid Certificate (Level 2)Current CPRCurrent Working with Children Check (or equivalent)Current National Police CheckCustomer service and sales experienceExperience in achieving collective and individual targetsAbility to work independently and in a team environmentStrong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse range of guests*If you do not currently hold these qualifications you must be willing to acquire.
