You must be a well balanced leader.What We're Looking ForExperience in a busy General Practice or Allied Health setting (ideally supporting 10+ GPs)Excellent communication skills; confident on the phone, fast and accurate on the keyboard, and always friendlyExperience using Best Practice software (or similar medical software)A positive, can-do attitude with a professional and approachable mannerThe ability to work independently and stay calm on busy daysStrong organisational and time-management skillsReliability, honesty, and punctualityFlexibility to work across practice hours, including occasional early mornings or weekend shiftsWhat's in It for You?
