Job Description
This is a doctor-owned small group of four practices located in the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, seeking a dedicated General Practitioner to join their team. This well-regarded practice is known for its patient-centered approach and high standards of care, making it an ideal workplace for GPs looking to make a meaningful impact in their community.

Starting next week, the clinic will transition to a mixed billing system, ensuring a balanced approach to patient care and practice sustainability.

General Practitioners at this clinic will enjoy a generous remuneration package, offering 70% of billings with an initial retainer of $150 for the first three months or 70% of billings, whichever is higher. This ensures financial stability while you settle into the practice.
