What you’ll do
Guide and mentor engineers within the backend team while actively contributing to coding efforts.
Oversee the development and implementation of software solutions using C# and.NET8 on AWS.

Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
Proficiency in C# and.NET8.




Experience with AWS and cloud‑based applications.
Proven leadership skills and the ability to foster a collaborative team setting.

Nice to have
Familiarity with agile methodologies.
Experience in mentoring junior engineers.

Salary package includes a base of up to $200,000 plus a 5% bonus and superannuation.
