Deliver industry leading metrics across product quality, availability,



fulfillment and on time delivery.Balance manual operations with high tech automation capabilities.Establish robust operating rhythms, optimise inventory flow and ensure continuous improvement using data driven insightsLead, inspire and grow a diverse workforce of 600+ team members.
Build a culture grounded in trust, psychological safety, authentic leadership and high performanceBuild strong collaborative relationships across internal functions and hold site automation partners accountable to deliver optimal resultsWhat you'll bringSenior operational leadership experience within automated manufacturing, high volume fulfillment, retail leadership or production environments.Strong understanding of highly automated fulfillment/engineering principles, continuous improvement methodologies, systems/data integrity and online e-commerce or logistics fundamentals.
S&OP; experience is highly regarded.Demonstrated experience managing site P&Ls;, navigating financial constraints and delivering on key profitability targets.Proven track record of leading large, complex teams through periods of rapid growth, disruption or transformationA customer-obsessed, authentic and visible leadership style with a relentless focus on safety,
