Crowne Plaza Melbourne is seeking an Assistant Night Manager to support the Night Manager in coordinating and overseeing hotel operations during night shifts. The role focuses on safety, security, and the accurate completion of the night audit from 10:30pm to 7:00am.
The successful candidate will have at least 3 years of leadership in Front Office or F&B; within hospitality, possess a driver’s license, RSA and First Aid/ CPR, and be proficient in Microsoft Office and Opera.
