In this field-based role, you will carry out tyre fitting, repairs,inspectionsand maintenance on a wide range ofmaterial handling,heavy and industrialequipment.This is a physically demanding role involving manualhandling;however, our mobile service trucks are equipped with modern tools, lifting aids and safety equipment to help you perform your work efficiently and safely.Fitting, removing,repairingandmaintainingtyres onsite onall makes and sizes of material handling and constructionequipment.Inspecting andidentifyingwear,damageor pressure issuesOperating tyre presses, tofacilitatethe removal, and re-fitting ofall tyre typesin accordance withmanufacturer andsafety protocolsOperating tyre handlers and heavy toolingin accordance withsite safety protocolsTo carry out puncture repairs as and whenrequiredCompletingaccuratereports and defect logsSupporting general workshop tasks and mobile plant maintenance teams as neededConductingsite-basedtyre inspections and completing service reportsEnsuring all work is carried out safely,



following company procedures and site requirementsProviding professional customer service while working independently on customer sitesMaintaining tools,equipmentand the service truck to a high standardTo ensure compliance with all health and safety policies, withreferenceto manual handlingMinimum2+ years proven experience as a tyre fitter in industrial, port,miningor heavy earthmoving environmentsTrained tooperatehydraulic tyre press desirableRelevant certifications or licences applicable to tyre fitting or mobile plant operationsHold a validdriver'slicence and at least an MR truck licenceHold a valid forklift licenceA commitment to working safely, with robust situational awarenessThe ability to work independently, manage time well and deliverhigh qualityserviceA positive attitude, reliability, and a willingness to learn and developWhat We ProvideJoining us means being part of a global organisation committed to innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence.
