This is a great opportunity to join a growing company, contribute to critical infrastructure, and make a real impact within the Mildura community.Responsibilities:Supervise and lead civil construction crews onsite (including Leading Hands, labourers, plant operators, and subcontractors) to deliver planned daily activitiesPlan and allocate works, monitor progress, and ensure construction activities are completed efficiently and to scheduleLead daily Pre-Start meetings, clearly communicating tasks, hazards, and control measuresReview and coordinate short-term lookahead programs with the project team to ensure alignment with key milestonesInterpret and apply design drawings, specifications, and relevant standards to ensure compliant construction across a range of civil worksPromote and maintain a strong safety culture, encouraging reporting of Near Misses, Non-Conformances, and IncidentsWork closely with Project Engineers to understand production targets, cost codes, and resource requirementsMaintain accurate and detailed daily site diariesIdentify and recommend improvements to construction methods, processes,
