building relationships with new clients whilst continuing to strengthen the existing databasemanage all client expectations and always uphold a genuine yet qualified attitude that reflects the DNA of the PRADA groupassist with any store operational activitiestake a proactive approach in upskilling yourself on product knowledgehave previous experience within a high end or luxury retail environmenthave excellent communication skills and can confidently communicate with all clientshave a sales focused mindset and like to be creative in your approach to attract clientshave a can-do attitude with everything that you docontribute to a supportive team culture, and like to collaborate with your peershave a genuine interest in the brand, a keen eye for fashion, trends and competitor knowledgeAt PRADA, the customer experience is at the heart of everything we do!
