The role covers land preparation, machinery operation, irrigation, crop protection, harvesting and record-keeping for organic certification audits.The successful candidate will train operators, manage work programs, monitor quality, and ensure SOP adherence while supervising a team of six and liaising with managers to optimise production outcomes.
