We are seeking a capable and committed Centre Manager to take the lead at a well-regarded early learning service in the Clifton Hill Area.
This is a permanent, full-time role suited to an experienced early learning leader ready to take ownership and drive solid outcomes.
As Centre Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the service while leading a team of educators who are passionate about quality education and care.
You'll create an environment where children feel safe and curious, families feel confident and informed, and educators feel supported to do their best work.

The Role
Provide day-to-day leadership and direction across the serviceGuide and support educators to deliver engaging, developmentally appropriate programsEmbed the EYLF and National Quality Standards into everyday practiceMaintain compliance across regulatory, safety, and quality requirementsBuild strong partnerships with families and community stakeholdersManage staffing, rosters, budgets, and operational prioritiesDrive continuous improvement, coaching, and team development
About You




Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (or equivalent)Previous experience (2–3 years) leading an early learning serviceStrong understanding of the National Quality FrameworkA calm, confident leader who puts children at the centre of decision-makingExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trust quicklyOrganised, adaptable, and comfortable managing competing demandsA genuine commitment to nurturing teams and quality outcomes
