At Phebra, we're looking for a commercially minded and strategically driven Product Manager to lead our Hospital Portfolio.
This is an exciting chance to influence the direction of established and emerging products, collaborate with industry experts, and play a key role in delivering critical medicines that improve patient care.

What you'll be doing in the roleAs Hospital Product Manager, you'll own the strategic direction and lifecycle management of your portfolio, with responsibilities including:Developing and executing strategic marketing plans that drive growth, profitability and market share.Identifying new market opportunities through customer insights, market intelligence,



competitor analysis and data-driven decision making.Leading the lifecycle management of products from concept and launch through to sustained market performance.Planning and delivering successful product launches in collaboration with cross-functional teams.Developing innovative promotional campaigns and tactical marketing initiatives aligned with business objectives.Building and maintaining strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Hospital Pharmacists, Clinical Specialists and other key stakeholders.Translating customer and market insights into meaningful product and marketing strategies.Developing engaging product training and resources that equip our Sales team to confidently communicate with healthcare professionals.Monitoring portfolio performance, analysing results and continuously refining strategies to maximise success.About youYou are an experienced Product Manager who combines strategic thinking with commercial acumen and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
You will have:At least 4 years' experience in pharmaceutical product management, including successful product launches.Tertiary qualifications in Pharmacy, Biomedical Science, Life Sciences, Healthcare or a related discipline (preferred).
Strong understanding of pharmaceutical marketing principles and commercial strategy.The ability to interpret clinical,



technical and market data and convert insights into effective business decisions.Experience engaging with Key Opinion Leaders, Hospital Pharmacists and Clinical Specialists (highly regarded).
Exceptional communication, presentation and stakeholder engagement skills.Strong analytical, problem-solving and project management capabilities.Demonstrated commercial awareness, negotiation skills and the ability to influence across multiple stakeholders.High proficiency with Microsoft 365 and other business applications.A proactive, self-motivated approach with the ability to work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative team culture.Full working rights in Australia is essential – if you have a temporary visa please address subclass and expiry during your application.Why join Phebra?
