Working closely with project managers, serviceareas and contractors, you'll help plan, schedule and monitorfacility renewal projects, maintain long-term capital worksprograms, support contractor engagement, and contribute tosafe, efficient service delivery across Council facilities.Whatyou'll doCoordinate the annual facility renewal budgetnomination process and stakeholderengagement.Maintain and update Council's five-year facilitiescapital works program.Deliverassigned minor capital renewal projects and supportprogram implementation.Coordinate contractors, supplier compliance andoperational service delivery.Preparereports, monitor site safety, and respond to customerescalations.What you need to succeedExperience developing and implementing capital worksprograms.Qualification in facilities, construction, projectmanagement or related field, or equivalent industryexperience.Experience coordinating contractors andsubcontractors.Strongplanning,



scheduling and works program coordinationskills.Experience using asset management systems for planning,forecasting and budgeting.Applications will be accepted until 11:30pm on12th August ****.Pre-Employment RequirementsProgressed candidates will be required to complete a NationalPolice Record Check, a Working With Children Check (WWCC).
