The role
Work directly with the Product Lead to turn customer problems and rough ideas into clear, production-ready experiences
Map workflows, roles, permissions and system behaviours for complex SaaS use cases
Design greenfield experiences where no established pattern exists yet, alongside improving what's already live
Use AI-assisted tools throughout your process, from exploring ideas to prototyping to implementation
Partner closely with engineers through build, not just hand off a file

The role
Work directly with the Product Lead to turn customer problems and rough ideas into clear, production-ready experiences

Design greenfield experiences where no established pattern exists yet, alongside improving what's already live
Use AI-assisted tools throughout your process, from exploring ideas to prototyping to implementation
Partner closely with engineers through build, not just hand off a file
What you'll bring
Experience designing web apps, SaaS or workflow-based software
A portfolio showing real product workflows, not only marketing or brand work
Strong UI craft across hierarchy, layout, spacing, typography and interaction states
Comfort working from incomplete requirements, with direct feedback and quick iteration
Meaningful use of AI tools as part of your day-to-day design practice
Nice to have: React, Next.js, Tailwind CSS or ShadCN familiarity, and startup or fast-moving agency experience.
Culture
A small team where you'll wear multiple hats and move between discovery, product thinking, interface design and implementation, with real ownership over what the product becomes.
