Starting in September, you will manage a $40m High End Apartment project in Essendon. This is a 8 level, 2 basement project.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of institutional projects greater than $40m
Manage project life cycle: feasibility, budgeting, scheduling, procurement, construction, hand-over and defects.
Oversee project teams including Contracts Administrators, site teams and subcontractors.
Manage compliance with quality, safety (OHS) and environmental factors.
Control project risks, cost drives, program impacts and change management.
