Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Leading Hand/Qualified Plumber or Civil Pipe layer to join our team in Melbourne, Victoria.
This full-time role will see you take on a key leadership position, overseeing a team of plumbers and ensuring the efficient and high-quality delivery of all plumbing services.What you'll be doingLead and coordinate a team of plumbers to complete a wide range of commercial and residential plumbing projectsSupervise the work of the team to ensure all tasks are completed to the highest standardProvide hands-on support and guidance to junior plumbers to develop their skillsLiaise with clients, project managers and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver exceptional customer serviceAssist in the planning and scheduling of work to maximize efficiency and productivityEnsure all work is compliant with relevant building codes,
