If you have previous experience with commercial tenders, larger-scale project pricing, council/client submissions, and understand how to effectively utilise internal crews, equipment, and operational resources, this role could be an outstanding prospect.About the RoleWe are seeking a highly capable Senior Estimator / Tender Coordinator to join our growing arboricultural business in Melbourne.This role is ideal for someone who can accurately estimate and quote tree works, secure profitable tenders, strategically utilise company resources, and help drive long-term business growth.You will play a critical role in driving revenue, improving profitability, maximising operational efficiency, and ensuring projects are correctly scoped from the outset.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct site visits and client consultationsPrepare accurate quotes for residential, commercial, and large-scale arboricultural worksAssess job scope, access, safety risks, equipment, permits, labour requirements, and operational resourcesIdentify tender opportunities and manage tender submissions from start to finishPrepare pricing schedules, supporting documentation,
