We are seeking a Full-Time Permanent Account Manager to grow referrals, procedure volumes and market share across Castle Hill, Marsden Park, Blacktown, Carlingford, Emmerton and Penrith.This is a field-based sales role, well suited to someone who is motivated by results, comfortable working autonomously, and passionate about growing referral networks within healthcare.About the RoleAs an Account Manager, your core focus will be increasing referrals and procedure volumes from both existing and prospective referrers around Castle Hill, Marsden Park, Blacktown, Carlingford, Emmerton and Penrith regions.
You will manage your territory as a defined sales portfolio, applying a structured and proactive approach to identify opportunities and deliver measurable growth.You will play a key role in strengthening I-MED's local presence, increasing share of wallet, and positioning I-MED as the preferred diagnostic imaging partner for referrers.Key ResponsibilitiesDrive referral growth, sales revenue and procedure volumes across the territoryPlan and execute targeted sales activities to increase referrer engagement and loyaltyIdentify, pursue and convert new referral opportunities within practices and clinicsGrow share of wallet from existing referrers through consistent, value-led engagementPromote I-MED services to positively influence referral behaviour and decision-makingMonitor sales activity,



referral trends and account performance against agreed targetsWork collaboratively with operational and clinical teams to support referrers and remove barriers to growthRepresent I-MED at meetings and networking events to build pipeline and strengthen brand presenceKey RequirementsDemonstrated experience in a sales, business development or account management role, ideally within healthcare or a related sectorProven ability to drive growth, influence referral behaviour and deliver resultsStrong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skillsHighly organised, proactive and comfortable managing a field-based sales territoryExperience using CRM or sales reporting tools (Salesforce advantageous)Willingness to travel regularly across Castle Hill, Marsden Park, Blacktown, Carlingford, Emmerton and Penrith and occasional travel to Sydney CBD for meetings/trainingCurrent Australian Driver's Licence and reliable vehicleWhy Join Us?
