processes and market intelligence required to achieve sustainable long-term growth.Key ResponsibilitiesSales Excellence & Commercial Capability - Lead the continuous improvement of commercial performance across all business units.Commercial Analytics & Business Intelligence - Provide accurate, timely commercial insights to support executive decision making.Customer Experience & Voice of Customer - Develop customer-centric programs that strengthen long-term relationships.Market Intelligence & Strategic Growth - Support strategic business growth through market analysis.Digital Enablement & AI - Lead digital transformation initiatives that improve commercial effectiveness.Strategic Projects & Commercial Excellence - Lead business-wide initiatives that improve commercial performance.Marketing & Brand Leadership - Own the company's marketing function.Website & Digital Presence - Lead the organisation's digital presence.Social Media & Corporate Communications - Manage the organisation's external communications.Skills & Experience Essential8–10+ years' experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, Marketing, Strategy or Business PerformanceProven leadership experience in a commercial environmentExperience managing CRM platforms,
