Projects are often built from scratch, starting with loosely defined problems, requiring strong problem-solving, strategic thinking, and adaptability.The team combines deep customer insight with consulting rigour to turn ambiguity into clear, actionable recommendations that drive real business impact.In this role, you will lead end-to-end quantitative research projects, from design through to insight delivery.
You will manage multiple workstreams, translating complex business challenges into clear, data-driven recommendations.
Working closely with clients and senior stakeholders, you will help deliver actionable insights that inform strategic decision-making.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the end-to-end delivery of quantitative research programmes, from initial problem framing through to insight generation and final recommendationsPartner closely with senior stakeholders to translate ambiguous business challenges into robust research designs and methodologiesDevelop high-quality survey instruments and research materials for customised, ad-hoc studies (e.g. segmentation, U&A;,
market understanding)Oversee project management across multiple concurrent studies, ensuring delivery to scope, timeline, and quality standardsApply rigorous analytical approaches to interrogate data, synthesise findings, and identify commercially relevant insightsDistil complex data into clear, compelling narratives that inform strategic decision-makingProduce and present client-ready reports and presentations, contributing to high-impact insight deliveryAct as a key client contact, demonstrating a consultative approach and building trusted relationshipsCollaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless execution and high-quality outputOperate effectively in a fast-paced, high-demand environment, managing competing priorities and varying project complexity.Your ProfileA degree in psychology, marketing, economics, business, or related fieldStrong understanding of quantitative research methods and statisticsProven project management skills with the ability to deliver on time and within budgetExcellent communication and presentation skills, with a professional and consultative styleComfortable navigating ambiguity,
