What you'll do
Drive the advancement of DevOps practices within the organization.
Collaborate with both business and technical teams to foster a culture of agility and continuous improvement.
Coach and guide teams to optimize their use of Azure DevOps tools and methodologies.




Influence and implement up-to-date delivery practices across the program.

Requirements
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a DevOps-related role.
Proven expertise with Azure DevOps and related tools.
Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and practices.
Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

Nice to have
Experience in a leadership or mentoring role within DevOps teams.
Familiarity with cloud infrastructure and services.
