Our people are at the heart of everything we do - and together, we create safer outcomes for women, children, families and communities across Melbourne's north east and north west.If you're passionate about accountability, behaviour change and integrated practice, and you want work that truly makes an impact, we'd love to hear from you.About the roleAs an Adults Using Family Violence, you'll work within The Orange Door, supporting adults who use family violence to take responsibility for their behaviour, while keeping the safety of women and children front and centre.You'll be part of a multidisciplinary team, responding to referrals from police and the community, completing risk assessments, having meaningful conversations that invite reflection and change, and connecting people to the right supports - including Men's Behaviour Change Programs and other specialist services.This is work that is complex, challenging and deeply rewarding.
You'll be supported through supervision, collaboration and a strong team culture that values learning and reflection.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you'll be doing day to dayEngaging with adults who use family violence in respectful, accountable and change-focused conversationsCompleting risk assessments, safety planning and referrals using the MARAM frameworkWorking closely with victim survivor,
