tendering and installation of servicesEnsure service delivery meets contract KPIs and client expectationsApprove timesheets and manage team performanceConduct toolbox talks and mentor apprentices and team membersProvide technical troubleshooting and hands-on trade support when requiredManage emergency responses and escalation processesPrepare and deliver monthly client reports and attend client meetingsBuild and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors and suppliersEnsure compliance with WHS, regulatory and BGIS business systemsPromote continuous improvement and uphold BGIS valuesYour Education, Experience & SkillsTrade LicenceCurrent Driver's Licence (manual driving capability preferred)Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar leadership/service delivery roleExperience in quoting, tendering and installation managementStrong leadership and mentoring capabilityExperience managing KPIs and service performanceHigh-level written and verbal communication skillsExperience with IWMS / CMMS systemsAbility to respond quickly to change and adopt an innovative approachAbout BGISBGIS is a global leader in integrated facilities management, project delivery, asset management, and technical services.
