Aurora Allied Services in Victoria invites skilled practitioners to join our team delivering neuro-affirming, trauma-informed support to people with disabilities. You will conduct assessments, develop strengths-based, person-centred behaviour support plans and ensure services meet NDIS quality and safeguarding standards.

You will collaborate with clients, families and care teams, visit clients face-to-face, and help prepare plans within NDIs timeframes while identifying restrictive practices.
