What you'll do
Oversee the development and delivery of mortgage products, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.

Requirements
Minimum of 3 years of experience in product ownership or management within the financial services sector.
Proven track record of delivering successful products, preferably in the mortgage or lending domain.




Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working in agile teams.
Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.

Nice to have
Experience with data analytics tools to inform product decisions.
Familiarity with customer journey mapping and user experience design principles.

Skills & tools
Proficiency in product management tools such as JIRA or Trello.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards related to mortgages.
Strong analytical skills and experience with market research methodologies.
