You'll be a confident, customer-focused individual who enjoys a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering a great experience for our members and guests.What you're doing:Delivering friendly, efficient service to our gaming and TAB Members and patronsMonitoring gaming machines and assisting customers with queries and technical issuesProcessing cash transactions, including deposits and payouts, with accuracyMaintaining a clean, well-presented gaming floorUpholding all relevant legislation, regulations and Club policiesSupporting the broader operations team as requiredWhat we're looking for:Current Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG)Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)Strong customer service and communication skillsMust be available to work nightsWhat we offer:Mulgrave Country Club is a vibrant, well-established, community-focused Club, offering a rewarding place to work.
