We have an exciting opportunity for a Day Shift Manager to join the team at our site in Bibra Lake.The Day Shift Manager (7am - 3pm) is responsible for ensuring production targets are met by providing support and direction to teams.
The successful incumbent will drive a sustainable operation with focus on continuous improvement to deliver all safety, quality and production targets in accordance with quality standards.This includes:Lead safety by example through consistent actions and zero tolerance for unsafe conditions and behavioursSupport daily site meeting with prepared WIP report,
advising current status of issues and actions carried outSupervise production to meet customer requirements and to optimize production efficiencies in keeping with meeting customer and business requirementsMonitor production output and address delays or bottlenecksEncourage and lead employee engagement through open two-way communications and developing and fostering structured improvement activitiesOversee all administrative functions such as payroll submissions, to be completed in an accurate and timely mannerPromote a strong safety culture, ensuring that all SOPs and policies are adhered toWe can offer a varied career journey with experiential learning gained from cross-functional and lateral moves.
