You'll ensure every event is delivered to the highest standard, drive revenue through strategic upselling, build lasting client relationships, and collaborate closely with venue operations to create memorable guest experiences.Main Role ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor a team of Event Coordinators, providing coaching, feedback and ongoing development.Oversee the end-to-end execution of events across multiple venues.Build and maintain robust relationships with clients, venue leadership and internal stakeholders.Attend key client meetings,



site inspections and VIP events.Drive event revenue through strategic upselling and package optimisation.Monitor guest feedback and identify opportunities to continually improve the customer experience.Ensure seamless communication between Sales, Operations, Kitchen and Front of House teams.Review team performance, conduct audits and ensure service standards are consistently maintained.Assist with departmental initiatives, process improvements and training.Experience, Skills & AttributesExperience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is essentialExceptional guest service skills and passion for delivering best-in-class experiencesExperience with reservation systems such as Seven Rooms or similar, Tripleseat and H&L; is highly regardedWell-developed planning and organisational skillsEffective team player and equally proficient at working independentlyExcellent organisation and time management skills with the ability to manage and prioritise tasks appropriatelyEffective problem solving skillsHigh level of attention to detail and organisationHighly developed interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to build effective relationships and communicate with a diverse range of peopleWorking with Lucas CollectiveAt Lucas Collective, we champion growth.
