Vitrum Windows Cladding & Shrouds is one of Victoria's fastest-growing commercial window and façade contractors, delivering high-quality commercial projects ranging from $100,000 to $2.5 million.We're looking for an ambitious, motivated and highly organised Project Manager to join our team.This role would suit an experienced Project Coordinator or Contract Administrator within the commercial windows, glazing or façade industry who is ready to take ownership of their own projects and progress their career.If you're looking for a business where your ideas are valued, your performance is recognised and you'll be trusted to run projects from start to finish, we'd like to hear from you.About the RoleYou will take complete ownership of commercial window and cladding projects from handover through to practical completion.This includes coordinating design, procurement, manufacturing, logistics, site installation and project completion.You'll manage multiple projects simultaneously while working closely with builders, architects, suppliers, installers and our internal production team.Key ResponsibilitiesManage commercial projects valued between $100,000 and $2.5 millionManage multiple projects concurrently while maintaining programme, quality and profitabilityReview architectural and construction drawingsCoordinate shop drawings through to client approvalIdentify design clashes, construction issues and cost-saving opportunities during the shop drawing stageProcure materials and coordinate suppliersCoordinate manufacturing schedules with productionCoordinate installers,



glaziers and subcontractorsMonitor project budgets and variationsResolve site issues quickly and professionallyMaintain robust relationships with builders, consultants and clientsEnsure projects are completed on time and in fullWhat We're Looking ForThe ideal candidate will have:2-3+ years' experience as a Project Coordinator, Contract Administrator or Project Manager within the commercial windows, glazing, façade or cladding industryThe ability to confidently read and interpret architectural and construction drawingsStrong planning and organisational skillsThe ability to manage competing prioritiesExcellent problem-solving abilityHigh attention to detailA proactive attitude and willingness to take ownershipA genuine desire to build a long-term careerHighly Regarded (Not Essential)AutoCAD experienceV6 or LOGIKAL experienceConstruction Management, Building or Engineering qualificationWhat You'll ReceiveTotal remuneration package of $110,000-$155,000 depending on experienceCompany vehicleLaptopCareer progression into Senior Project ManagementSupportive management teamOpportunity to work on exciting commercial projects across VictoriaA growing business where high performers are recognised and rewardedWhy Vitrum?
