The Company is seeking a Head of Finance for its private credit division.
This pivotal role is suited to a top-tier professional with a background in a Big 4 firm or an established fund financial controller, ready to take on a more commercially impactful leadership position.
The successful candidate will be at the forefront of a high-growth phase, leading a 10-person finance team and responsible for all financial aspects of the business, including financial reporting, fund accounting, performance analysis, FP&A;, forecasting, and strategic planning.
The role also involves close partnership with investment teams on cash flow, liquidity, and portfolio performance, as well as overseeing audit, compliance, and regulatory activities.

Big 4 firm (Audit or Deals) and exposure to funds, particularly in the private credit, real assets, or alternatives space.
