The Role

We're looking for a Gaming Manager who knows exactly what it takes to run a successful gaming room. You'll manage its day-to-day operation, driving service standards and performance with a high level of personal and skilled presentation, and applying both the skills you already have and new ones you're ready to develop.

This is a hands-on role that calls for a great temperament and solid time management, so you can run a demanding gaming room to a consistently high standard. You'll work a mix of morning, afternoon and evening shifts, and be part of the Hotel management team.

Main Responsibilities
Ensuring compliance and responsible gaming practice
Maintaining room presentation and atmosphere




Delivering the highest levels of customer service and building rapport with customers
Gaming clearance and reporting
Cash handling, bartending and machine troubleshooting
All aspects of beverage service for gaming customers
Duty Manager functions

About You
Adaptable availability across morning, afternoon and evening shifts
Current NSW RSA and RCG certification
Strong customer focus and a genuine passion for hospitality, with the ability to build solid relationships with internal and external stakeholders
A hands-on, engaging leadership style, with the ability to manage, train and grow your team
A friendly, self-motivated personality with excellent people skills
A proven track record of meeting Key Performance Indicators
High attention to detail
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or similar role
