Western Health is seeking experienced Paediatric Registered Nurses for a dual Paediatric HITH Liaison Nurse and HITH Nurse role based at Sunshine Hospital.
You will assess referrals, coordinate care, provide clinical advice and telehealth support, and deliver inpatient-level care in the home.The role offers opportunities to work across hospital and home settings, with a focus on paediatric patients and their families, and may include inpatient paediatric ward work as needed.
