NW Professional is partnering with a well-established and growing construction business to recruit an experienced Project Coordinator. This is an exciting opportunity to join a cooperative team where you ll play a pivotal role in supporting the successful delivery of commercial construction projects from start to finish.

About the role

Working closely with the management team, you'll provide end-to-end project coordination and administration support across multiple projects.

Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating project documentation and reporting
Assisting with budgets, forecasts and cost tracking
Processing invoices,



claims and subcontractor payments
Supporting contract administration and tender documentation
Monitoring project progress and key milestones
Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders
Maintaining project records and compliance documentation
Supporting project close-out activities and continuous improvement initiatives

About you

You'll bring:
Previous experience in a Project Coordinator or Project Administration role within construction, engineering or a related industry
Robust financial and commercial administration skills
Excellent organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency across Microsoft Office (experience with project management software is advantageous)
